“Only in the present moment can we really touch and feel life and only in the present moment can we touch and feel our true essence. . . “

Coming into the present (mindfulness) means coming into your sensations. Sensorium therapy therefore doesn’t just use mindfulness as an adjunct to therapy, sensorium therapy is mindfulness because its whole focus is about bringing you into the present moment so you can fully experience the sensations you have been trying to ignore or bury within yourself.

When we learn how to be wholly present with our sensations we can then discover the true nature of why we feel and behave the way we do. And as we begin to understand where and why our anxieties, fears and blockages have arisen from, we can then begin to act from a whole new centre of being.
