Mindfulness with Zara Cordella

The purpose of Mindfulness is to explore what is holding you back from living the life you want to live so that you can gain new insights into your feelings and emotions.

Covering issues such as stress, anxiety, relationships, work, money and how to improve your emotional and physical health, you will get the opportunity to explore how mindfulness is one the most beneficial ways to connect with the true essence of who you really are and what you can achieve with your life.

It is effective as antidepressants and a form of mindfulness that is proven to reduce feelings of anxiety and depression by as much as 50%.

Both courses and 1-2-1 therapy are available and are held with Zara Cordella at her therapy and mindfulness center in Whitley Bay, Newcastle upon Tyne, 6 days a week from 10am until 7pm.
